Jeres feriebiddingresultater for runde 1 vil blive publiceret den 15. januar. Frem til da kan meget stadig nå at ændre sig.
Vi er i tæt dialog med preplanning på næsten daglig basis og også med HR og vores base manager Rikke omkring problematikker. NCUD er bevidste om, at flere crew har modtaget diverse mails fra preplanning omhandlende bl.a. manglende optjening af ferie. Dette er en fejl fra preplanning og vil blive rettet op på inden kommende deadline den 15. januar. I Danmark har vi nu samtidighedsferie, som gør, at du løbende optjener ferie samtidig med du afvikler den. Man kan derfor godt bidde ferie før den er optjent.
Da meget stadig kan nå at ændre sig frem til den 15. januar, vil vi minde jer om at afvente resultatet af biddingen. Hvis der er fejl herefter, vil vi tage det op med selskabet.

We are in close dialogue with preplanning on a daily basis and also with HR and base manger Rikke regarding issues. NCUD are aware that crew have received mails from preplanning regarding the lack of accrual of vacationd days. This is an error from preplanning and will be corrected before the upcoming deadline the 15th of January. In Denmark we have concurring vacation days which means that you will accure vacation days continuously while spending them. You can therefore bid vacation before it is accured.
As many changes can still occur until the 15th of January, we would like to remind you to await the result of the bidding. If you experience errors after the publication, we will take it up with the company.
